Guampdn.com has reported that Department of Revenue and Taxation processed tax returns resulting in 18,522 rebate checks printed as of Friday last week.

The department stated it processes, on average, 1,700 tax returns a week, with tax rebate checks being cut every Friday on a first-to-file basis.
